Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery date.

To start a return or exchange, email us at thatsourcity@gmail.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Condition Requirements

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In their original condition

  • Free of stains, odors, or wear

Custom items or personalized products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
